1-2-1  coaching

Personalised coaching maximises training efficiency by bringing structure and a clear plan into practice.

Each week your training data is analysed and the coming week's sessions are planned according to training blocks within an Annual Training Plan.

Every aspect of cycling development is included, from goal setting and mindset, through to physiological development, with racing advice and tips for better performance.


team packages

Offering team coaching services to your riders not only enhances the professionalism of your team as a whole, but it also develops more cohesion through sqaud development, as riders develop at a similar pace according to their specialties and roles within the team.

This package has all the benefits of the 1-2-1 personalised coaching, with the additional benefit of team-wide development that caters for joint programmes such as for sprinters & lead out riders.

12 week plan download

Designed to optimise your fitness and prepare you for events such as Granfondo's and sportives.  

This is a downloadable, 12 week training program delivered via Training Peaks and includes weekly sessions that focus on aerobic strength & endurance, as well as cardiovascular development for more mountainous granfondo's.

All sessions also include an ERG file that can be downloaded to your smart trainer software or your head unit.
